Terms and Conditions for Century Wedding and Events Car Hire
Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our services or website. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services Provided
Century Wedding and Events Car Hire provides luxury Toyota Century chauffeured vehicles for weddings, airport transfers, VIP clients, movie/advertising shoots, and school proms.
2. Booking & Payment
Bookings must be confirmed in advance.
Payment terms will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
3. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be notified at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking.
Refunds will be processed according to our cancellation policy, as communicated at the time of booking.
4. Responsibilities of the Client
Provide accurate booking details.
Ensure decorations or special requests comply with safety regulations.
5. Liability
Century Wedding and Events Car Hire is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen events beyond our control.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the hire.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page.
